The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) intends to release a Limited Competition PCORI Funding Announcement (PFA) Aug. 12, 2025, to move evidence developed from PCORI-funded patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER) toward practical use in improving health care and health outcomes. PCORI will fund projects that aim to implement patient-centered CER results obtained from PCORI-funded research in real-world practice settings, and in selected cases, projects that focus on planning for implementation of these findings or on the dissemination of these findings.
